This second edition of the North African Arbitration Days held in Tunis on 15-16 dec. 2022, was organised by ICC in partnership with ICC-YAAF and Ifriqya Arbitration Forum organisation.
The recent disruptions in the global economy and the fast-evolving landscape of African economies call for a revisitation of our practices to best respond to the needs of businesses. This edition of the North African Arbitration Days was a great opportunity for all dispute resolution practitioners in North Africa to gather, learn and exchange on the latest trends of ADR and Arbitration in their region.
