  • Counsel in several commercial, ad hoc or institutional arbitration proceedings subject to various applicable laws (French, Tunisian, Moroccan, Algerian, UAE, OHADA, etc), and in different sectors, in particular: Aeronautics (concession contract for the operating of an airport); Construction / FIDIC ( contract for the design and construction of an aluminum extrusion plant foundry; contract for renovation works in the hotel sector, etc.), Corporate (advisory agreement, restructuring of a company, share purchase agreement), Distribution (distribution contract for IT products and services); Defense (Contract to purchase armored vehicles for the national guard of a North African country)
