Yosr is an associate at Freshfields’ Paris office and a key member of the International Arbitration and Global Project Disputes practice groups. She has extensive experience advising and representing national and international clients in complex arbitrations under various laws and institutional rules. Yosr also assists clients with settlement negotiations and enforcement proceedings, ensuring effective dispute resolution. Beyond her commercial work, she is dedicated to pro bono advocacy, representing individuals and underserved communities.     Acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings related to construction & engineering / aerospace / power & utilities / post M&A disputes (procedure: ICC and CCJA / applicable law: French, Swiss, Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian laws / geographical focus: Middle East and Europe).

    Advised in the context of investment disputes, set aside and enforcement proceedings, settlement discussions and M&A transactions.

    Served as tribunal secretary for dispute governed by Qatari law.
