Aïcha BRAHMA has extensive experience in the enforcement of international arbitral awards and foreign judgments, in complex litigation, and in international and domestic commercial arbitration. Since 2016, Aïcha has joined BRAHMA AVOCATS, a Moroccan independent firm which practice dates back to the early 70’s. From 2018 until 2024, Aïcha has represented Morocco within the ICC International Court of Arbitration and is an approved arbitrator of the Moroccan Court of arbitration, the main Moroccan arbitral institution.

Identified for 5 consecutive years as among the world’s leading arbitration practitioners in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration & Litigation, Aïcha regularly publishes in the main legal reviews and is regularly invited to speak and to share her experience in Morocco and abroad regarding namely, the arbitration field.
